2. Operational setup — We create the inspection calendar, property-specific protocols, access management setup, and supplier network.
3. Scheduled inspections — Regular checks following protocol. Every visit video-recorded from entry to exit, with complete checklist.
4. Coordination & interventions — If an issue arises, we notify you immediately with video documentation. We coordinate repairs through our vetted network, with your prior approval.
5. Pre-arrival preparation — Before each visit, we prepare the home: functional checks, cleaning, opening. You arrive to everything in order.
Approval before every intervention
No work is carried out without your explicit approval. If we find an issue during an inspection, we contact you with video evidence, a quote, and our recommendation. You decide.
